Author Topic: What is a good program for mixing music  (Read 409 times)

Like making mix's for YouTube. I used virtual DJ its really bad. Anything else to use?

Audacity
eeeehhh

really only if you know what you're doing, it's difficult to mix two songs together in audacity if they're different BPMs

i'm sure there's a software for that specific purpose, but i don't really know of one atm

I heard ableton's good for this kinda stuff

FL Studio?

I don't know though if it's more for making music or mixing considering I never tried it before.

yeah you could def. make mixes in ableton or FL if you wanted

from what I've heard, Ableton is much better for mixes

Learn to use it before you dismiss it; virtual dj and other DJ software is great for making live mixes.

on a related note, what software is good for making a capella music? (no joke this is my dream)

For actual mixing I would use audacity.

For making your weird devil music I would use Ableton.

Basically anything that can record in layers (Audacity, FL studio, Abelton, every other DAW in existence)
