Like in call of duty, after a player kills you, it would show the person's perspective when killing you.
It could be made for slayer or be standalone.

Uuh... that would be extremely hard to do. It'd be pretty cool, but it would more than likely require it to simultaneously record their view as they play, and then show you part of it. The code would be a mess, it would probably take months to script, and the recording... well, I don't even know if that's possible. However, there is a killcam that orbits them. I can probably make one see through their eyes,(by looking and Event_CameraControl,) but still. The way you're saying it... probably not possible yet.

Edit: Oh god, nvm. That looks pretty hard. (considering I would need the right offset for where the face is, ntl the direction. Well, the direction should be... fairly easy... but the offset wouldn't.)

Having the server record everyone constantly just to replay a short snippet of film isn't really worth the effort.

this would be useless and fail in so many ways. why do you need the perspective?
