It's kind of funny, because it seems like the negative ratings are from users who had a bad experience and handled it poorly. Because they don't know how to deal with some people here being hostile, as people tend to be some times, especially on the internet, they try to give it stuff everywhere they can. Also, I love how that one person said "game-boy level security" when you have to pay 20 dollars to actually post, and the people who were hijacked were hijacked through means that had nothing to do with that piss-poor idea some people have of hackers taking accounts by doing some impossible process and getting through "the website's security" or some stuff.
