You don't have any proof it was stolen in your screenshots. Everyone is free to use any build they save and it's fine, it's only a problem when they claim they made it.

The guy stole the build. OP doesn't need every loving detail of proof. And the server had 17 players earlier. Only a few players below Tezuni's actual server.

Everyone knows it's Tezuni's, so it's kind of pointless save, but still he's taking the "publicity" away.
I'd laugh my ass off if his administration is better than Tezunis, then it wouldn't be stealing it would be touching up.
