Radio

So i thought of something that could be useful/cool

It would be a radio item that would look like one of those radios that a security guy puts on his belt, and if you have this item in your inventory, you can see team chat, and if you have it out, you can type in team chat. However, if you do not have a radio, you cannot see, or use team chat.

Sound cool?
