Yeah, no, I am 100% positive when I say this was you, "blockman01", because every time I saw "blockman02", he would simply act like sort of an starfish, and you would continue to put blame on him for "making my life miserable" and other similar complaints.

He does have a brother, but he's putting the blame on him because he thinks he can trick someone into thinking the name similarity is easy to mix up; blockman01, blockman02
