those songs aren't bad but I find them overly repetitive and boring after a half minute

Les Miserables "Do You Hear the People Sing?"
I can't say exactly what genre it is; it would help if you included a link to a list of general musical genres, with corresponding examples. Listen to it yourself and judge.

5/10, i'm not a huge fan of this kind of music. and i wouldn't know how to describe it either.

Billy Joel - Piano Man
what kind of music it is?
ugh well
the name pretty much tells you what it'll sound like
but seriously listen to all of it i think it's nice c:

oh man i love that song too
that's more classic instrumental + vocal but no specific genre name for it

next poster: ignore me

Great song I loved it when I sung it in choir years ago. Next song "Blow Me Away" by Breaking Benjamin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yHuuBZgif0&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Feels like it sounds too much like Trapt's "Headstrong."
Blood, by In This Moment.  Metal (Warning: Screaming)

I liked that because it reminded me of music that'd play in secret agent games.

Remember the Shire, Mr. Frodo?
Ambient/peaceful, kinda ''classical''
