I sleep with a knife under my pillow, my parents don't know about it, huge ass buck knife lol. Just helps me sleep, cus i've always been afraid in small closed in spaces like my room.


I know the feel man.
I used to take naps cause I was so tired, which would then not let me sleep, and it formed a viscious cycle.
Now my problem is that I wake for for a few minutes every night between 1 and 3 am. (I go to bed at about 10-11pm and wake up at 5-6 am)

If you're lying in bed doing nothing and you haven't fallen asleep for that long, there is something wrong and you should probably see a doctor about it.

well yeah, but it damages the tea and gives it less of the chamomile and ingredients

Also, this might sound dumb but it actually helps. Try practicing meditation-ish habits while trying to fall asleep. Not the whole finger-circles and "Ommmmm" and stuff, but try to clear your head by focusing on your breathing patterns. Every time your mind starts to wander, just focus back on your breath. This helps in a couple ways: your mind will begin to calm down, and your breath will begin to get very steady, which also helps sleep. Just take deep, slow breaths. Google the stuff if you have to.

I just did manual labor all day I'm tired enough its not that I'm not tired I'm exhausted but something is loving with me

no it doesn't sound dumb at all but here's a weird thing I have to do the opposite I've really always had a little trouble falling asleep but ever since I was like 8 or something I found if I tried to cause just a lot of chaos and strange thoughts like the kind of thought patterns you have when your dreaming just strange disjointed stuff that's the only way I can sleep

I'm probably not making much sense but I tried to explain it as best I could

I know some athletes suffer from insomnia from over working. Do you smoke Marijuana or cigarettes? If you smoke weed trying reducing usage or avoid it for a week or two.

Actually i think i can help no not a knife i know this because i also had insomnia
I'm taking melatonin due to being not able to sleep i saw a doctor he changed how i sleep completely
before that i was awake all night I would suggest seeing a doctor hope this helps!

This wont work, it increases your heartrate too much.
