too centric on the guy's voice and not enough on the beat
I like discovery and the use of the crescendolls and all
but they don't completely drown out the beat with semi rhymes and pseudo choirs

EDIT: the snl preview of get lucky was much better because of the cryptic vocals and beat too

But they like to expieriement with each of their albums and in this one they are going for sort of the 70s 80s disco R&B kind of stuff, while still mixing it up with their signature sound, which is awesome.
