whenever I plug my chatpad in to my xbox controller, there is an orange flashing circle and when I press it there is no backlight and I cant seem to type with it, I have googled the problem to but results. It is plugged in all the way.

Have you tried it on any other controllers? Press the button and see what it does anyway
