no, it would reduce youth unemployment significantly because nobody wants to hire someone with no experience to do a job for $7.50 an hour when they can get someone older with job experience for the same amount
the progressive movement for the past 100 years has either been trying to force religion (mainly protestant christianity from about 1910-1960) or phase it out (from the late 60's onward) and has been trying to take over the education system
I like minimum wage being at the federal level, but in my state it's way too high. Makes stuff like fast food really expensive.
I don't think you realize how much that would effect people who are trying to start out, $7.50 an hour hardly feeds my dog.
kearn you're hilarious
says the republicanthat's soooooooo hypocritical
which is the problem with (high) minimum wages4.50$ is better than unemploymentand you're dumb. point?vague so idgi
$4.50? What the forget man, thats not worth stuff. I can make that working on a damn farm. And that really is to low to make a living on.
do you not understand that 4.50$ an hour is better than 0$ an hourand what dummy would sit at minimum wage for their entire life, the point is to get an entry-level job and move up, why do you think almost everyone at fast-food restaurants is <35
You really have no understanding on how the world works. In a perfect world there would be nobody relying on a minimum wage job to feed their children. It still happens. So forget the kid right? Yeah that solves the problems for the future of America.
wow you'd sure think with foodstamps that they would be able to feed their kids? i guess that doesn't work woops
wow you'd sure think with foodstamps that they would be able to feed their kids? i guess that doesn't work woopsalso uh why do you have kids when you're on minimum wage
