You need to be a native-born US citizen. That includes USA proper (duh), territories, military bases in foreign countries, and even foreign countries if both of your parents are US citizens.

obama was supossed to show up in court over the birth certificate thing like 6 months ago. they have proof it was faked and such.
but law says the preseident dosnt have to show to court, and he dosnt get a default ruling for it lol.

I know that, where does it say both parents? You're considered a full blown US citizen if just one parent is a US citizen regardless of what country you're born in. It doesn't say anywhere that both parents need to be US citizens, i'm pretty sure that's just something people started saying to make Obama not a citizen.

1 parent can be a national of 1 year resident at least, the other has to be a full blown citizen born in the US
