Author Topic: I can't host.  (Read 7384 times)

Its something with TG862 ARRIS Xfinity
my father set a password on it but doesn't know it anymore.
I am pretty sure UPnP was enabled on the router, my dad didn't change any settings as far as I know when we first got it.
So when It was reset it probably has it on now.
Blockland seems to Identify the UPnP but says miniupnpc error -1.
When you hard reset a router, it goes back to factory default settings. That also resets the username and password back to default.

Default username: admin
Default password: password

How do I do it?
Its now, or never.

Also, will everyone in my house have to reconnect?

Google is your best friend in this case. These are basic questions that can be answered by looking for info on your router. That's all that any of us are doing anyway.

Just hold down the reset button for a long time. If you need more detailed instructions, just Google it.
