you do realize the number one possible threat of international terrorism on american soil is through shipping containers, right? hell, LA is the largest trading port in the United States, so they'd just have to let it land and then detonate it.

we're not just gonna let some ship from NK land in LA lol
so the north koreans would have to hand off their nuke to a 3rd party from some other country, and get it cleared to go to the US..
and you do realize we've got satellites watching all their nuclear sites 24/7, right? they can't just walk off with a nuke and throw it on a ship. we're pretty on top of our stuff.
