What kind of videos do you want to watch? Youtube? Do you want to stream videos from your screen (if so justin.tv is good)? More info pls.

sign up for a google+ account and create a hangout with whoever.
it supports youtube videos you can watch at the same time and it does it pretty good (not to mention it has webcam and mic support and other stuff)

You can play YouTube videos in a lobby with others. it's really intended for playing music together but it works just fine for any YouTube video
