I won Sam's Banjo, Ash's Book, Brock's Orb and Claptrap's trophy and I didn't get the TF2 items, I won them in steam offline mode, would that have anything to do with it? I still got the Borderlands promos.

Yes I did. I got the Borderlands 2 items but none of the TF2 items.


EDIT: It says I have the bounty item and everything in Poker night but I don't have the achievement. Is there any way to reset progress?
