What was the item
if its something cool dont call ebay support.
change your name grow a beard and move to switzerland

OP,

It doesn't matter if you committed to buying it. It doesn't bind you to anything, if you don't pay then they won't sell it to you. Simple as that.

There has been mistakes like these in the past

Just contact the seller and tell him what happened and that you didnt mean to buy it.
Usually they are understanding. Ive totally done that before x.x

shave your head so they won't be able to recognize you

And if not delete your account and get a new bank card.

can any of you guys be useful for once, this is pretty serious
Deleting his account isn't a bad suggestion.

you wait until your 700 dollars is taken away

you wait until your 700 dollars is taken away
He should have called his bank immediately

resell it back for 500 dollars because its used.

You must give them your first born child instead. Give them the girl and wipe away the debt.

Contact the seller and tell them it was an accident. I would suggest not ignoring it if you want to avoid an unpaid item case on your account. A bid is a binding contract, some people even been taken to court for not paying. In most cases when people don't pay for items I sell I simply open a case on them and let eBay handle the rest. The end result is an unpaid item strike, if you get to many you could be blocked from bidding on eBay.
