Not always the case, depends on the brand of the TV and the features such as LED vs LCD and 60 hz and 120 hz.  Toshiba in my opinion wouldn't be a brand I would usually buy, but depends on the buyers budget and wants/intelligence.  Pretty much you seem to not understand a thing about how "HD graphics" work.

Cool. I would use Xpadder. I mean, it works on pretty much any controller, including the classic ones.
