Sounds like malware though you didn't provide a lot of information. Have you run anything suspicious lately?
nope only thing I ran was gta then I force shut down my computer then everything was disabled
They are logs of changes that have been made to the user registry hives (ntuser.dat). They are usually hidden files, but you should keep them.You should not even be able access the Documents and settings files, unless you have manually altered the security on the foldr. Under default, the folder is even invisible. To enter that folder and change anything could be damaging to your personal files.
Boot in Safemode with Internet and try to open a program.
