Currently junior year college student. Electrical Engineering is my current trac though I could quickly switch to Physics or Computer Engineering and possibly take another year of schooling -- we'll see. Possible career outcomes which I could take: Programmer (could probably get hired right now), Computer Security Professional (could probably get hired right now), Intelligence brown townyst (actually a plausible job, not joking I have met some professional CIA connections while networking), straight up Electrical Engineer obviously (insanely broad scope), Computer Engineer (my University gets lots of hires from Intel for processor design!), Physicist (there are so many opportunities with this degree and I really love the subject, I've taken many classes). Overall there's tons of things you can do and just remember that you have to do what you love because 40 years (or more) is a long loving time.
