didnt hit me till freshman year, now it is deeper then the rest of the people i hang with

Not in my opinion. Some of my friends got a deeper voice at like mid-14 / 15.

for being the tough son of a bitch i am my voice is relatively high although that hit puberty before most kids around my age had theirs.

My voice dropped entirely at around fifteen.

Another thing, get yourself into the right "mindset". When you think to yourself, think in what you imagine to be your lower voice.

Your voice will get deeper, just don't worry about it and let it happen. These things don't happen at the same time to everyone

My voice got deep quick, where as my friends took time. So, whatev's. It happens to everyone differently.
