I haven't used many, but on my first computer on Juicy I had the duplicator. It's probably the most useful add-on.

Lol ya that add-on is really funny. I am a fan of slayer, but it still has a few glitches.

Though the undisclosed mod of early 2013 was probably the best gamemode i've ever played.
The best clientsided mod, hard to tell. Besides RTB, I would say Blota.
