you have to adjust yourself to its mechanisms and still it's not that great, and besides many platformers shouldn't really have that, i always view platformers as pick-up-and-play. the jumping is very stiff, and most importantly making you automatically slide down slopes is a no-no, this is probably why a majority of people jumping into the game can't make the second jump. it like stalls your jump or something and it's annoying because you know it's a simple jump but you can't just run and gun it. based on the character's speed, this wrecks the assumingly "speedy platformer style" that they may have tried to showcase with this. besides they aren't showcasing anything out of the ordinary anyway, so why would anyone be convinced to try it out.
