How good would it do?
This is also my gaming PC I'm probably using, is there any thing that I can use to check the GPU temperature when I am mining?

Get an AMD graphics card, they're the best for bitcoin mining.

No thanks, I don't want to spend another 500$ on a graphics card.

Yes it would. NVIDIA Cards however are awful at mining. Like my 670 is. But you can check it out here.

GPU is all you really need to focus on.

CPU makes literally no difference, RAM doesn't either, a high efficiency PSU is a must since you will be drawing plenty of power from your GPU(s) because when mining they are under 100% load. And have a stable motherboard as well as the best AMD GPU(s) you can afford.

Do you need hardware to mine? Like, hardware that is not in your computer.

You can use your computer like I am. I am leaving it on during the 16-18 hours I am sleeping and at school. But many people who want to mine 24/7 to get the most out of their mining task build a separate system for it.

I once made a great bit coin mining rig using pcpartpicker
