He'll reimburse his own loses illegitimately and has probably banned people out of anger, however I cannot confirm this. He has also been known to steal ship designs for himself to use, he did this with Com's ship. Wether or not he claimed those designs as his own, I do not know.

we're moving from our current base on g1real to make a different home base. I don't know about you but I don't like being three sectors away from our greatest rival.

I'll do the move later when more people are on.

Edit: on top of that we need a more defensible base

I'm 35% done with what might be my largest ship ever created. The Intrepid class vessel USS Sundog is what I intend to be our most combat ready vessel. I will however require help touching up the interior and furnishing the multiple decks.

Have you ever considered taking cruiser turrets and using them for defense? Heavily armored turrets with heavy weaponry.
