Author Topic: Is a GeForce GT520 good for Blockland Shaders?  (Read 1488 times)

So, when I get the money I'm gonna build a computer with the Geforce GT520.
Will it run AT LEAST Med Shaders with about 20-30fps?
I don't need the info immediately cause it can take long to get money.

i doubt it
i doubt a 40 dollar video card will be able to run medium shaders

it will not

i had a 5670 which was about ~80 dollars, i could barely run shaders
with a video card two times cheaper you aren't gonna be able to run shaders for sure

Why are you buying a Geforce GT520?
cuz I need a budget gaming pc.
If you all say its bad recommend me a good card for BL shaders under 70$.

srry for double post but I found a GTX 630 for about a hundred.
Is it good?

Buy a gtx 540
no such thing, the closest thing is is the gt 540M which is for laptops only

gtx 550
go with the 650 instead, its a family newer and thus a bit better, and is the same price as the 550

550 ti here- lags a bit on max, but i just run on medium for performance and it looks better than max graphics imo

My bad, this

I have a gtx 560 and I have no performance issues with any game out. I have the Gigabyte version

Ok I had a budget for 400-450 but I guess I could bump it to 500$

Ok so I've settled on a GTX650 but should I get EVGA or GigaByte?
