How bad is my computer?

My computer is old and i dont even know how to find the specs excatly but heres the info i can give you. Its from 2002, it says "dimension 4550" by the power button, it says intel pentium 4 on the bottom, windows xp, its dell,  and it has 768 MB of RAM.
