Legally you can't arrest members of the kool kids klub just because they are the kool kids klub. It doesn't work like that. You can look for loop holes to arrest them for things like loitering if they are loitering but you can't arrest them for talking about their beliefs.

Honestly, the government should just classify them as a hate group and remove them from funerals. I know that isn't fair, but because there is such hatred towards them nothing will be accomplished if they aren't taken care of.

All they have done is spoke. Everything they have said is covered by the First Amendment. If they were to be arrested, it would be an act of censorship. Now, I'm not saying I agree with them, but I am saying that they haven't broken any laws.

That doesn't justify anything. A funeral is a time when the relatives of the dead are given the right to mourn the dead without interruption. If a hate group that is allowed to go around and protest funerals and pretty much make fun of the dead without any consequences besides being hated in the society, the kool kids klub should be legalized and be given the right to hate black people and verbally attack them.

it's funny, because they've just corporately employed what the internet already does: offend the most people to get the most attention, and polarize people to both your side and the opposition. you guys act like it's a novel thing. it's not. we did it first.

When I or someone else does stuff on the internet, it stays on the internet. I might make fun of stuff, but I don't personally insult the members affected.
This is different, they're actually getting in the faces of the victims and their families.
