I used to have a recurring dream where I walked downstairs during the night and fell down a flight of stairs into darkness and then I woke up.

I also once had a dream where I was in an airlift and I fell out and I woke up choking.

I had a dream where I fell off of a cliff, into the ocean (it was warm in my dream for some reason) and I kicked a shark in the face. I forgot what happened later..

I hate it when I'm dreaming I'm walking just fine, then I dream I trip or something and I get some sort of spaz attack and my body randomly shakes, and I feel like I'm falling from a giant cliff, and I wake up.

Anyone have those really loving scaring dreams where you wake up and then just sit their, sweating, unable to move and you loving try to turn from the darkest part of your room where you see the scary thing in your dream and then try to turn the light on and fail and just look at a wall for 2 hours.
