Borderlands 2 crashes computer on startup

basically what the title says, although it did a BSoD the first time but after that my computer just reboots itself

i have an msi motherboard (don't know what exact one)

processor: AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.60 GHz

RAM: 8 GB

gpu: AMD Radeon HD 7700 series

if i missed anything let know :/

what's your os, and are you using a pirated version of the software
