1. Gun Control

Very little gun control is needed. From sniper rifles to assault rifles to pistols, I think anyone who can afford a weapon they want should be able to purchase one.

2. Unemployment

Globalization has put a lot of Americans out of a job. I don't know what to do about this.

But, on a related note, affirmative action is bullstuff. There should be no quotas for hiring minorities or accepting them into colleges. If you want to only hire white people, that's your own business. If it fails, maybe next time you'll hire more black people. If it succeeds, good for you.

why on EARTH would you need an assault weapon? "what if twelve dudes all decide to mug me at once?" these are not things that happen 24/7, and by the way i can understand having a pistol or even a 12 gauge, yeah, but have you ever heard the story where a child defended his house with his dad's AR-15 whilst being robbed? no, you hear stories of crazed psychopaths shooting up schools and movie theaters in cold blood.

There shouldn't be a quota, but not for the same reason you think there shouldn't be one. It should be against the law to selectively only hire people of one race or gender, because that's discrimination. Your rights end where someone else's begin. You can hate blacks or Asians or women or any minority but you can't deny them equal employment. That's not freedom, that's not how it should work. I feel there shouldn't be a quota because people need to get their heads out of their asses and stop pointless hate. If you're hiring someone just because he's white and not because he's qualified, there's something wrong with you. Similarly, if you're hiring a black person to seem progressive even though there are others who are qualified, there's something wrong with you.
