Author Topic: A new generation of social networking  (Read 1225 times)

First it was MySpace which changed the way we communicated and shared with one another, then Facebook, and then Twitter. But now... we have two new leading networks known as Reddit and Instagram. Now I'm not saying that Facebook or Twitter are dying out, but people are starting to lean away from it. One of the few things that keeps people on Facebook is that they have applications. Twitter on the other hand, has gotten old; it's still in the spotlight often though.  Currently, over 1 billion people in this world have a Facebook account, which accounts for a large proportion of the general population abroad. Do you think any new social networks could ever top sites like Facebook? Or even Twitter? Twitter has about 30% of the population Facebook has though.

Also, list social-networking sites you know of that are relatively new.
I know of one called Everyme.
