maybe some kind of script to make it so you can spray on the walls of the map, like walking up to a wall on the bedroom map and getting the paint and aiming at the wall and clicking it makes a blob of paint, if it can be done...

Not going to happen, not without some major engine changes.

Would be like duplicating 64by64 plate stacks over and over and over untill the game crashed or hit the limit without making engine changes that would still be pretty limited and or difficult

Possible, in a similar way to "decals" in RTB, but laggy, buggy, laggy, pointless, laggy and annoying.
