A terrible game, Surgeon Simulator gets approved on steam greenlight but Blockland doesn't. People only approved it because some kind of famous people made videos of it.

They're just playing what their fans wanted them to play... "Fan Friday"...

Blame the fans, not them. If the game wasn't popular, hence nobody wanting them to play it, they wouldn't have played it.

Surgeon simulator is a pretty entertaining game, you guys don't need to be so loving offended when a game gets greenlit and Blockland doesn't.
