I'm saying AFTER the trial. After all, he and his brother set off 2 bombs which killed 3 people, and injured close to 100 people (some with major lifelong injuries). His other brother killed an officer too, and injured another. Why don't you wake the forget up?

I never said it should constantly be used. If somebody destroys a dozen of somebody's lives, and even ends a couple; that's death-penalty worthy. It also depends how the persons lives were destroyed or ended.

If that was the case than a ton of people would be dead, ontop of that if we always went straight to death sentence than some people would be killed unfairly. Some people are wrongly accused.
