A website I just finished. Shows the sanity of the forums, aka how much spam there is, how safe it is, etc. there are two meters, one for off topic and one for everything but. 0% is really bad, as if they've been hacked and injected with malware, and 100% is like how it was in late 2008. It ain't gonna be 100%. Or 0%, for that matter.
