it really isn't that difficult and the discussions don't even have substance 70% of the time

These topics are spam, he's only posting them to get his post count up. He has 2,822 posts in two months is past the limit. It's not just that "He makes a lot of posts" It's that the posts he make aren't good, they are terrible and they contribute to nothing.

They're not spam, they start discussions. There's no issue with posting a lot. And while it doesn't invalidate what you said, your posts seem to be largely just complaining about Igloos, which is far more "terrible and they contribute to nothing."

I was away, but my input is that his threads are no more useless than any other, there's nothing wrong with wanting attention, "Rate ___" threads are terrible anyway (he still shouldn't do this, but it's not really a big deal), it was wrong of him to insult someone (didn't know about this, though), you have no evidence suggesting that he doesn't have any mental illness, and he's giving good advice, not spamming.
