If the reason you can't sleep is because you have something on your mind, then it's advisable to say you need to talk to someone about it. Maybe not the forums but an actual person like a close friend. The relief of stress you withhold will cure your problems.

I just stay up until I can't stay up anymore :D

I take something called melatonin to help me sleep.

It happens every once in a while

I start twitching a lot during the night, so I'm forced to take something artificially to make me tired.
I also noticed that when I go to sleep (and nearly asleep) my feet legs, spine and stomach feel like they are having a seizure.

I take a melatonin supplement every night and it knocks me right out

(melatonin is a chemical that your body creates to make you tired when its time to sleep)

What type do you take? I usually take a chewable version (cherry flavored).
