I don't know. I've been able to have them off and on for a few years, but lately my mind has just been very flexible. I typically remember my dreams every night, but that's not as exciting as triple lucid.

I make an honest effort every day to remember my dreams. The more I've tried that, the more vivid and understandable they have become as I experience them. It's a mental exercise, most people wouldn't expect results I guess.

I had a lucid dream once.
I felt like tornadoes would be fun so in my dream there was tornadoes circling my whole house.

I've had a lucid dream three days in a row now, it's honestly getting exciting.

I often see my hometown, which is neat because it's very distinct to me, I have been able to visit streets I used to live on, and go within my old homes. Even flying above and recognizing places in detail. Lately I've been dreaming of a castle, and it's infested with bad thoughts. :s
