The ships would slowly begin to descend down to the planets, the Colonial Cruisers emitting a loud Hum which can be faintly heard from the planets surface.

A few hours later a invasion force of around two thousand ships warps above Epsilon Eridani BB again, a red semi-transparent glow residing around the ships which are mostly colonial cruisers and battle cruisers. After a minute of hovering again the force would spread out as they'd begin warping themselves lower to the planet's surface, charging up what appear to be extremely large lasers, a one-way transmission is sent to the TE, "It's a shame really, you intervene in the harmless act of a small colony which would be erected in a remote, uninhabited area of the planet by warping our ships away... Now we have to be more aggressive..."

Thank you blazer.  grunter, I was just about to inform you that a ship was about to be dispatched to you to discuss the nature of the planet you were invading.  The system that you are attempting to colonize is TE-protected.  The TE is not against your colonizing of this universe, but certain systems are protected- usually ones that contain sentient life.  I am sorry that I was not able to get back to you.  If you like, we can locate another system with a T3 planet on it, or perhaps terraform one for you.  I would like to conduct negotiations peacefully, but I warn you, these 3ID systems tell us where you are in this universe- anywhere in it, and will allow us to teleport anything, to anywhere.

The 3ID system again teleports the colonizing and military fleet harmlessly where the other fleet was dispatched.  The Masocin of the Sonorin Fleet teleports to the fleet, and sends in transmissions to the Conservatian fleet in all human languages known on the HF universe Earth.  The transmissions all indicate that we wish to discuss matters of your colonization with the leaders of the fleets.

3ID systems are now monitoring the Epsilon Eridani, Sol and Sirius systems:  Any and all unauthorized forces to enter the system will safely be teleported to the location where the previous fleets were teleported, and will be contained there.

Any rift to open up will be monitored.

If you have read anything about my posts on 3ID systems, they use mixtures of stable and unstable meta-matter to alter probability, however, only used for teleportation, and mass superposition.

I was asleep so yeah, the conservatian fleet warps elsewhere exempt one ship, which'd passively hover above the planet, the red glow still however masking the ship.

Just make sure that the ship can't be visible from the surface.

The TE is requesting that colonies be founded in systems that do not contain sentient life, and that all colonies that ARE founded are reported, so that the TE will be able to conduct further communications/negotiations, etc.

Any finds of sentient or semi-sentient life may be claimed, but in order for the TE to allow you to settle in this universe, you must not disturb them, and must avoid being seen by them at any cost.  Naturally, when sentients do venture into space or discover us, we may establish contact.

The TE would also appreciate founding a colony in the Conservatian Universe, or perhaps founding embassies.

Conservatia would allow for the Terran Republic to create several embassies in the Sirius, and Sol systems if they may do the same, and Conservatia also agrees to these terms for the colonization of planets.
