Hm I think we're gonna have to look into this rift opening technology SWAT.

If you have read anything about my posts on 3ID systems, they use mixtures of stable and unstable meta-matter to alter probability, however, only used for teleportation, and mass superposition.
okay this is a time where i will not accept this

teleport them elsewhere in the universe.
according to this, you just pushed a button and pop, they appear in a random point in the universe. now, see, that is just too much, at least for now. if this were true, you would have likely colonized other galaxies by now. i will have to set a limitation to this device. you can only teleport to another point in this galactic area, like a gigantic 1000ly radius sphere originating from a ship's point. if you try to go farther than 1000ly from your current point, travel time will be slowed down lots.

well that's the way the whole inter dimensional travel with 3ID works iirc, it has a range.

Okay.  I was short on time and had to do something.  I will refrain from remote teleportation- only for ships that I own.

1)  You are almost right.  I selected the location in the universe, but I did not really tell where it was.  All I indicated is that it was a safe position.  Since Conservatian ships can open rifts and cross between universes, then it shouldn't be a problem as far as getting back home.  Technically the 3ID systems would have the capability to make things disappear, appear, and to make unlimited resources, or even turn the most fearsome of enemies into a flower patch, but I'm only using them for teleportation, and they only work in the universe in which it exists, even with a universal anchor.

Depends on the power of the device.  The one on the Luna'i can jump galaxies, but this RP is not ready for that kind of thing.

Since Conservatian ships can open rifts
uh

Suddenly a message is streaming through the rift.

"Dear universes, we are from one of the five universes that have been linked by this rift, we were conducting an experiment in dimensional warping, and we ended up creating this rift. We are trying our best to make it close permanently, but so far our attempts have not been successful. We would be more successful if you could send material of any kind to our universe. We need this so we can conduct scans to determine the universal code of the universes. We are sending 6 probes into the rift which should allow you to travel to the universe that you actually intend to go to."

An object is emerging from the rift. It appears to be considerably more advanced than any known technology. It should be easy to connect it to any ship and simply give it a command. According to the list of commands, there are 5 universes connected via the rift, including the one we are already in.

Raw names for the universes are:
"peace"
"empire khonian"
"empire human"
"void"
"prime"
It appears that "prime" is the universe that this probe came from.

But if they sent 6 probes in and only one appeared here, does that mean the others went to the other universes?

I begin working on an interstellar highway operation. My nation will set up some laws that are to be followed by all members of the required association for all space travel in Afkoshlia, ASTA. (Afkoshlian Space Travel Associaton).

uh
Then what was with the massive colonization out of nowhere?  You said it was about one ship, and thousands just exited a rift into our universe.

the rift was never closed...

the rift is in all the 5 universes in the same position

Okay, then can I construct devices around the rift that pushes incoming ships back through it?

An emergency message is sent to the Conservatian-ruled human universe:

"We have knowledge that the Primes are going to attempt to close the rift.  Previously, they were going to colonize in this universe, but seeing that the rift may close, they may either be trapped here without any hope of contact with your universe, or there may be catastrophic effects on them, seeing that matter from your universe appeared here, then lost connection with their original universe.  We would highly encourage you to withdraw your colonization forces."

idk whats going on here anymore

swat, conservatia apparently tried to colonise this universe, the prime guys accidentally made the rift when they were testing new warp technology.

prime guys =/= conservatia

A reply is sent to the Terran Republic, "We will keep the current ship we have stationed here where it is, if the rift closes, so be it. If they lose connection to the homeland, so be it. Either way we trust our ship will be fine."

Oh another note: Information on a supersoldier project has been released by the Conservatian Military to the public with currently 200 successful supersoldiers and 50 capable of 'Transversing'. No further information is given on either the supersoldiers or Transversing.

Pft, you mean you don't already have supersoldiers?

That's correct, I didn't have people who could run super fast and are super strong AND can warp up until now, I just had highly trained soldiers.

I am aware of that.

Welcome to the party.

Also, another poll option:  What if we made a spin-off adventure of SM/OR except with the given powers and nations, from a closer perspective.
