yeah its gonna get to the point where whole species are countries, so yeah you should do that, fawkes
Stellastria and Conservatia are human, too.

Stellastria and Conservatia are human, too.

Conservatia is Humans and Khonians.

Ooh ooh and lets not forget the abominations and stuff I'm making for war

I'm human and not part of the Terran empire. :P
I haven't joined mainly because I wanted to establish myself first, and technically "Terran" is the demonym for Earth, and Stellastria is located on Europa.

The Luna'i instead cannot appear near Europa because its wiring is still being adjusted, and Arcrionic Generators reworked.  If it was to teleport next to Europa, it and several of Jupiter's moons would be pulled in.  However, we can shuttle over Stellastrian Scientists.  The Deresankt teleports to Europa, and the party begins.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the galaxy, the Luna'i fires Apexium Deconcentration shots at a few F-Type Stars, with successful results- the stars are obliterated completely.  However, to destroy one requires a 30% toll on the entire ship's power supply.

TE scientists begin to work on a project with the code name: "Fishhook"

Hell yeah.

I am intrigued :o

During its travels, the OCS Dern comes across at least 3 T3 planets.  It fires three probes at the oceans of each planet.  The planets are not reported to any governing body of TE or Mr. Vorster.  The OCS Dern will teleport soon Back to Earth for maintenance.

Upon returning, the captain of the OCS Dern reports its findings directly to Mr. Vorster in person, as not to reveal their location to anyone else.

You don't need to.  We have the IUMSU.  We know they're there.

wait a second did you get to the other side of the galaxy

wtf how did you do that

The TE and OCS have that tech, and have had it for 20 years or so.

I didn't know I had it but ok, that's pretty shweet.

so err no bases or anything except around sol?

and so uh no new aliens have greeted you?

this kind of suddenly-warp-to-the-other-side-of-the-galaxy technology should be made in the 2500s, at least, i dont see how all of a sudden we have that so soon after modern times

Wait, nevermind.  You didn't purchase a 3ID system from us, so I guess not, actually.  Sorry.

so err no bases or anything except around sol?
Waiting for a population to expand to be ready for that.  Right now, the TE is looking for room to expand.  Also, I said earlier that TE claimed everything in the Sol system, and was waiting for the edit on that, but since Stallestria is also present in the system, can you just mark all stuff up to halfway between Jupiter and Saturn claimed by TE?

and so uh no new aliens have greeted you?
Well, that's sort of the issue when no one joins, or when you seem to be the only person able to create alien contacts.  Are we able to make up alien contacts?  I was under the impression that only you could do that.

We have the capability, but have no need to go out that far.  Such a jump would require such a tremendous amount of energy, that for just research or anything, it's impractical.  The TE is keeping close to the systems indicated in the OP.  Also, the basis for that is that you are thinking in terms of normal matter.  The materials we are using are for the most part, non-fermionic matter.

Also, speaking of colonies, the TE has recently had a big problem with crime rates rising.  Due to the availability of spacecraft nowadays, this includes space piracy.  Because of this, the construction of a huge space prison for any species has been widely-viewed as appropriate.  The TE asks OCS to help to back it up in this venture, and will make payments to OCS for 20 years after its completion.  It will be open for all species of all origins, so any other powers (Khonian Empire, Stallastrian Empire, Conservatian Empire) are invited to contribute.

The prison will be jointly owned by all those who wish to send their criminals here.

the star systems in the op are not in the other side of the galaxy

download "celestia" for a map of the known universe

I thought OCS and Erinaum (and therefore pretty much all of TE) had a law enforcement dealio going.

OCS engineers have perfected the technology of Shadium shotgun cartridges.  They are now used in close quarters combat.

Wait, where should the space prison be located?

The Hubble Deep-Field.
