OCS mercenaries begin appearing on street corners in Erinaum, as well as at small checkpoints set up in streets, where random searches are enforced.  Any buildings exhibiting suspicious activity are raided.

Erinamese District Marshals break out in a firefight with a good lot of suspects in an abandoned warehouse in South Nimun.  Investigations pointed to this location from leads and tips across Erinaum.  The warehouse is rumored to contain an staggering 750 kilos of Cocaine.  The Marshals, being pushed back, call in reinforcements.

SEMT-94s are being set up around the perimeter.  Roadblocks are being formed.  The Nimun Fire department is on standby just in case the building catches fire, which would put half of Nimun under the influence of Cocaine if gone unprotected.

NCHPO is passing out millions of face masks to Nimun's 18.32M residents.

Kamakazies, assemble!

14 close quarters specialists are deployed to the warehouse to assist, armed of course with CQBR Daggers.

Nimun city planners indicate that the building isn't structurally sound and that explosives should not be used at any cost.

11 VUs follow behind, carrying various CEMRs and a three SEMTs to cover the rear.  A second wave is being formed.

At the front, gunmen keep piling in.  Specialists suspect that there is some source from where the assailants are coming.  Coincidentally, another firefight begins outside the southeastern roadblock.  SEMTs pick off a few, but some of them remain under cover.  City police helicopters with Marshals in them carrying CEMR-9s begin to fly overhead, looking for any more suspects.  Civillians are ordered to stay in their houses.

The news of this operation reaches Nimun District Marshal Chief, Etsutia Demman.  Shocked by such a surprise attack, she orders a VAC-71 to be scrambled to scope out the area.

Update:

The southeastern front regains control and units are sent in pursuit of hostiles.  The hostiles are found to have been using an abandoned subway line to mobilize.  DMC Demman requests that OCS put pressure on the subways.  SEMTs will need to be set up at stations connected to the abandoned line; OCS officers are being prompted on directions to set them up.  (Man, Plus Industries is getting rich off of these weapons sales.)

OCS operators are immediately deployed to subway stations, entering through emergency exits in the tunnels.  All running trains are halted.  Civilians in the subway and not in their homes are searched thoroughly, anyone caught with contraband is detained and sat on benches.  After this, operatives are sent into the tunnels (with tunnel maps of course) to search them, all of them regroup at the abandoned tunnel.  They will enter when they receive the order from Erinamese law enforcement officials.

Marshals go to the edge of the line to the north side, and it appears that this part of the tunnel went untouched by the smugglers.  Pressure is put on all stations along the line up to that point.  They begin sweeping through the tunnel, wiping out any resistance on the way.  Civillians found undergo a search procedure.  Those who pass are directed out of the tunnels, those who fail are detained for questioning or shot depending on if they show hostility or are found with contraband items.  The OCS operatives are permitted to join in as soon as the Marshals reach them.

The VAC-71 spots a large gathering of people tightly huddled together in an abandoned park 3 miles south of the warehouse.  Armed guards surround the area and occupy some of the buildings with snipers.  Just as the VAC-71 radios the presence of a mass hostage situation, DMC Demman's radio cuts off during a call.  A deep, chilling male voice then tunes in, speaking in Erinamese.

"...Hello, District Marshal Chief Demman.  We have noticed that your spy plane has found our little gathering.  In order to preserve the lives of all the civillians congregated here, we insist that you cease all hostilities on our operations immediately.  It would be tragic to see so many men, women, children and the elderly be extinguished from this planet over such a petty decision.  You have sixty minutes to decide."

The radio flickers off and resumes the previous call, where the original contact resumes, "Hello, Demman, are you there?!"

Any ideas?

They requested that your DMC end all hostilities.

Never said anything about OCS.
