Conservatia would reply, "We'll only going to agree to these terms because we only have a small amount of forces for use, we'll leave the planet alone but we request that you don't interact with it in any way other than protecting it from disaster, we found it after all, we'll be the first to welcome them to life beyond their own home star..."

Meanwhile in home Conservatian universe, a small patrol would stumble upon a strange device calmly floating within space that they'd scan, retrieve, and send back to the Homeplanet in which it'd be thoroughly scanned before being reverse engineered and replicated to the thousands, a few days later a massive fleet of one million ships would be sent outwards, incredibly far away from conservatian solar system. A few hours would pass as the fleet would sit idly in space, seemingly preparing before a large rift would open up infront of them after a battle cruiser would be masked by a red glow for one second, when the fleet would pass through the gigantic rift they'd end up within the same spot, except within the "current" universe, after the fleet would pass through, multiple other fleets would be prepared and sent to the rift and pass through, seemingly forming a extremely large fleet of two hundred million ships, mainly composed of battle cruisers and the sort.

Zenith's space fleet is undergoing rapid mobilisation, warheads are armed and ready to be fired.

Massive radio signals are blasted through the rift. Anyone who can detect radio emissions would know there is something.

Khonia readys for the storm.

Shadic injector warheads are loaded into torcreep bays in all ships that have them.  The near one billion interceptor fighters of the OCS fleet are scrambled as a form of intimidation.  All deconcentrator rays are fully charged and ready to fire, and are trained at the amassing Convservatian fleet.

Okay so I can't use a time field for peaceful reasons, but grunter can crap out 200 million ships out of nowhere?  Bull loving stuff.
I even infinitely limited myself with the capabilities of the 3ID device to Crispy's demands, let alone already limited myself to solely teleportation before that.

And no, grunter.  The 3ID systems are tracking all fast-moving metal objects in the universe.  When you discovered it, I discovered it, too.  All sentient planets will be protected when found.  I refuse to let you colonize them.  It never ends well:  Germany vs Poland in WWII, The treatment of Native Americans during the European and American colonization of the Americas, the slave trade in the 18th and 19th centuries.  Your ideals are good, but that won't stand for long.

As for response, the Luna'i remains hidden, while the fully-outfitted fleets arm themselves.

Nowhere? These 200 million ships are being sent from my own universe in which they were created from. It's not my fault you decided to intervene with me trying to peacefully establish a foothold in your galaxy.

I even infinitely limited myself with the capabilities of the 3ID device to Crispy's demands, let alone already limited myself to solely teleportation before that.
Okay.

And no, grunter.  The 3ID systems are tracking all fast-moving metal objects in the universe.  When you discovered it, I discovered it, too.

...Okay?

I refuse to let you colonize them.
And here's the reason we're in these mess.

Listen, you can stop underestimating me, I can out number you easily considering when I found those solar systems within your universe I'd have found them before that in my own. I out number you quite easily due to the fact I pretty much have the ability to conquer hundreds more races as you're desperately struggling to stop me from colonizing one planet. If you'd like I can send in 2 billion more ships, but it's really dependant on whether or not you'll reject me owning your lives or not.

You fail to understand, grunter, that in this universe we can be anywhere at any time and destroy anything, including rifts.

You fail to understand I can open a rift anywhere I'd like at any given time and I by now have already made my own version of your 3ID systems and have a perfected counter measure against it as well, I can perform all the things that you can and probably better.

Doesn't matter.  As far as introduction to the universe, they just showed up out of nowhere and NOW you suddenly outnumber me.  You would be equally angry if I said that I had a backup universe and just threw out such a ludicrous number.  I don't care if it's peaceful or not.  If you find a T3 planet with no sentient life, finders keepers.  Have at it, but when it comes to the development of a sentient species, they must be left alone.

And when I think about it, you probably just drew up that number so you could instantly get the better of me.  I am motioning for no strategical gain on my part, or anyone's part, really.

You fail to understand I can open a rift anywhere I'd like at any given time and I by now have already made my own version of your 3ID systems and have a perfected counter measure against it as well, I can perform all the things that you can and probably better.
Interestingly with no research and development at all.

Zenith fires a singularity warhead at the moon, and another Zenith fleet open fires on OCS fighters

I will withdraw if Crispy does not take action to regulate this.

Also bit, OCS is on our side...  Or was...

Zenith fires a singularity warhead at the moon, and another Zenith fleet open fires on OCS fighters
The entirety of Zenith's fleet is deconcentrated.

now I'm done.
