What is a good free website host?

The reason I don't use 000 webhost is because of when the website goes down to "check" all websites to see if their malicious mine never goes back up

I've never had this happen to me. It sounds like something else is wrong.

I've gone through 3 websites trying to host a simple forum (Not going to give link because its only for my friends) and all it does after 20 or so minutes redirects to the loving page and is a limp richard and wont send me a loving email.
