You're implying you used his OOC opinion in your roleplay. Either way, the entire hospital situation is a roleplay matter and is completely irrelevant to the ban. I don't see being unable to think of a name can cause you to create a revenge character. After being locked in jail, you roleplay killed your character and instantly created the ever-so-coincidentally arriving brother character. This isn't even considering the amount of bickering you caused before that nor your previous ban.

Kyle isnt Terry's brother? I never knew wtf is a revenge character, so I didnt intend to make one. I never said anything (in character) about the person that Terry operated said that there wasnt much choice. Also, if I wouldnt of made a new character there would be no point in playing because Terry wouldnt get out or you'll most likely will ban me.

I'm afraid that contradicts with what you explicitly said in the server about your characters (aka being brothers). You also don't need to say anything, just have actions influenced. Once again, you could have made any character, but you created a revenge character. And to repeat for good measure, the ban was made due to the last straw being pulled; you were never intended to be unbanned and I simply thought I would give you a chance rather than instantly banning you.

I never said that they're brothers, I said that they're friends and neighboors. I didnt mean to make a revenge character anyways. Also Kyle dosent know what actually happened, nor does he know who John and Travis really are.

  Even though you act like you know what happened and infact called Alessia "a Bitch", That is major proof that it was a revenge character. You also were talking about killing Alessia for the fact that Terry was killed by Alessia even though you killed your own character.

The only reason I abandoned my character was because there was no reason for me to play as Terry, he would be stuck in the same place for the rest of his life, whats the fun of that? And if I would get out I would probably get banned. And I never knew what the forget is a revenge character. I could just change Kyle's back story, as if he didnt know who Terry is. This was litteraly the first time I heard a term called "Revenge character". And I knew that Alessia cant be killed, thats why I NEVER invented to make a revenge character ._.
