After dealing with people making throw-away generic psychopath characters, begging in the OOC chat for guns for the sole purpose of killing people for meaningless reasons, I can say I personally find it much more fun having few long-living characters than tons of throw-away ones; focusing on larger biographies and deeper development in their personalities. Of course, if you want to create lots of throw away characters, you're fully entitled to do so. The rule protects people who don't want to do so. 

Besides, a server set in a some what functioning society, it doesn't make any sense for a new generation of humans to come in every six months.

Look, I didnt know what a term "Revenge character" means probably because I never had to make one, but somone explained me what it means.. I didnt mean to make a revenge character. I can just change kyle's back story if Terry didnt know who Kyle is, nor did he.
