It taught me that operating in an ambulance is more important than operating in an operating room.

Hatchets are a perfectly acceptable tool for cracking open the cranium, pulling out the brain and throwing in a new one.

That no one can put a laser away without it flying everywhere and lazering the patient's insides.

Using a fire extinguisher on someone's skull isn't very healthy.
