Raiding Rules
1. When raiding, you do not have to give a warning you are raiding.
2. When raiding, you cannot break blocks of the base, there should be entryways
to enter the base or rooms.
3. Stealing is allowed.
Destroying Bases
1. If you want to destroy a base you must place a nuke inside the enemy base.
You cannot place a nuke outside of the base you are wanting to blow up.
