Why do some people think the plural for LEGO is LEGOS

Author Topic: Why do some people think the plural for LEGO is LEGOS  (Read 4076 times)

why the hell does this bother the OP
Because I have seen people place the incorrect word "legos" in posts on forums too many times and they need to be taught a lesson :P

Wat.
When i was a kid i asked people how many legos they had not how many lego they had.

You'd sound like a cigarette if you said "don't touch my lego bricks" and they will continue touching them.

Well, good luck with that buddy

I also hate it when people call minifigures just "legos"

"how many legos do you have?"

"a ton dude"

"awesome!"

later at my house playing with legos or some stuff

"dude you only have 10 legos!!!"

"no those are minifigures"

"NO THEYRE LEGOS"

OP

I say it Legos.
I don't see the problem. It's like calling multiple tissues 'kleenexes.'

You forgot, once again, to put a period at the end of your last sentence.

You also forgot a comma.

Well you wouldn't say boxes of cereals either would you.
